The staff training feature in Two Point Hospital allows you to train your staff and help them improve and acquire new skills. You can start using this mechanic once you reach level 3.

Starting with physicians, you need to focus on enhancing their general practice, diagnosis, psychiatry, treatment, and research.

Nurses should receive updates in diagnostics, pharmacy management, department management, injection administration, and diagnostics.
