Starting with physicians, you need to focus on enhancing their general practice, diagnosis, psychiatry, treatment, and research.

2 core subjects unlocked at Mitton University. Feed increases research speed by 1%, and Encyclopedia II Bookcase increases learning speed by 4%. Thus, completing tasks to get these items as quickly as possible is a must.

You must upgrade at least one of your Doctors to Psychiatry II or III as soon as possible and gain access to the Psychiatry rooms needed to develop your hospital.
