Twitch wants to facilitate the task of broadcasters on the site by presenting the new Twitch Studio software, now available in open beta. The Twitch Studio app helps beginner streamers to set up their configuration, have a professional look and provide valuable resources that they can use during continuous broadcast.
You can download the software for free now on the Twitch website. You will need the Windows 7 operating system or a newer version to run it, as well as a Twitch account. The program directly connects your TWITCH account to your PC, making the streaming process much more accessible for those looking to start.
Unlike other open-source services, such as StreamLabs OBS, those that use Twitch Studio can only broadcast to Twitch. Creating this tool can keep more creators on the Twitch platform, rather than migrating to other websites, such as Microsoft, Facebook or YouTube blender.
Twitch is very motivated to keep the streamers on its platform since its biggest streamer, Ninja, left for mixer in August and that another Top Streamer, Shroud, stared at the end of October.
Since Twitch Studio is currently in the open beta phase, many changes are expected in the coming weeks. Twitch has a questions – answers for those who have additional questions about the new application.
